The Lash Loft & Beauty Lounge, we respect both your time and ours. We understand that life happens, and sometimes you may need to adjust your booking. To keep things fair for all clients and our team, we kindly ask you to follow our policy below:

  • Notice Period
    We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or changes to your appointment. This allows us to offer your time to another client.

  • Late Cancellations
    Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, or not attended, may incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the booked service.

  • No-ShowsRunning Late

    We will take 100% of the booking service.

  • Arrive on time
    Please arrive on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled and a cancellation fee may apply.

  • Respect for Our Team’s Time
    Our salon hours are when we are here to serve you. Once we clock off, we respect our team’s personal time and do not answer messages outside salon hours. If you contact us after hours, we’ll respond during the next business day.

How long will my spray tan last?
Most tans last 5–7 days, depending on your skin type and aftercare. We’ll give you tips on maintaining your glow when you visit.

How should I prepare for a lash appointment?
Arrive with clean, makeup-free lashes. Avoid using waterproof mascara or oily products beforehand, as they can affect the adhesive.

How long will my lash extensions last?
Lash extensions typically last 2–4 weeks before a refill is needed, depending on your natural lash cycle and aftercare.

How do I prepare for brow tinting or shaping?
Avoid tweezing or waxing at home for at least 3–4 weeks before your appointment for the best results.

How long should my hair be before waxing?
Hair should be at least 5mm (about the length of a grain of rice) for the wax to grip properly. Avoid shaving between appointments.

What facial is right for me?
Our therapists will assess your skin and recommend the perfect treatment for your skin type and goals—whether it’s hydration, anti-ageing, or deep cleansing.

Can you do makeup for events?
Absolutely! We offer makeup services for weddings, formals, and special occasions. Bring us your inspiration photos and we’ll make it happen.
